SEYCHELLES BANKERS ASSOCIATION
The public is informed that the Central Bank of Seychelles has given its approval for all banks, Development Bank of Seychelles (DBS) and the Seychelles Credit Union (SCU) to close at 12 noon on Wednesday 24th and 31st December 2025, and to remain closed on Saturday 03rd January 2026.
In view of the Public Holidays on 25th December 2025 and 1st and 2nd January 2026, and the closure of banks on January 03rd 2026, all banks, DBS and SCU will remain open until 3.00 pm on Tuesday 23rd and 30th December 2025 to maintain services to all its customers.
In addition, banks will ensure continuity of services in the availability of alternate banking services such as Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), Point of Sale (POS) terminals, Night Safe Facilities and other electronic payment services.
The Seychelles Bankers Association avails itself of this opportunity to remind the people of Seychelles to continue to stay safe during the Holidays and avoid being the victims of Scams and Fraud.
